Mr. Mohammed Ansuwade Sackey

Founder Of North West International School
BIO

Born on April 8, 1966, in Darkoman, Greater Accra, Ghana, I grew up in a close-knit community with my parents, Robert Barnor and Comfort Nihad Quaye, and siblings. Despite financial struggles, my parents instilled values of hard work and resilience. I began my education at Abeka 1 and 2 L/A Primary and Middle School, later advancing to the police depot and then Afienya Technical Training Institute for welding and fabrication.

My career started amidst financial challenges, working various jobs to support my education and family. In 1991, I moved to Hamburg, Germany, where I initially struggled with language and cultural differences but persevered by working multiple jobs. Eventually, I ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Sackeysco Cleaning Services, which grew into a successful business providing employment opportunities.

My personal life includes a first marriage to Tanja Sackey, with whom I have a son, Jamal, and a second marriage to Hajia Sweiba Sackey, with whom I have three children: Shakur, Shahid, and Shakira. Football remains a passionate hobby, offering relaxation and connection with others.

Overcoming numerous challenges, including establishing my business in a competitive environment, I have focused on philanthropy, notably providing clean drinking water to communities in northern Ghana and supporting educational initiatives. My legacy includes creating job opportunities and contributing to the local economy through my business.

Reflecting on my journey, I am grateful for my family's support and the opportunities I seized. My story emphasizes resilience, determination, and the belief that with hard work, one can overcome any obstacle and achieve success, leaving a lasting impact on future generations.
